ECONOMIC HOUSING CRISIS 2008 ...!

HOUSING, HOMELESS & RENTS...!

In any modern 21st society, it would be
"humane", for most to have their "own"
apartment or home...!

Even the birds have nests, but humans
can be destitute and have to rent or even
be homeless...! THIS IS PROOF OF THE
INHUMANE HUMANITY we live in...!

IT IS NOT IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY
FOR A HOUSE...!

PAY YOUR OWN HOME FROM THE
RENT YOU FIND SOMEHOW TO PAY
ANYWAY...!

RENTAL is a quasi -figure of "slavery",
in which the rich landlords have
properties for renting to their slaves,
OVER AND OVER AGAIN, ATTAINING
MORE THAN THE SALE VALUE OF
THE PROPERTY...!

SIMPLY " A RIP OFF...!" AND SIMILAR
TO some kind of "over pricing"...! Or
"legalized" USURY...!

Rental is for commercial corps, and
for those who do not want to buy
a home...!

But for those who do not want to
pay anymore rental because their
total payment near the price value,
is a key issue...!

Cheap "housing" rentals in parks,
is another issue, that permits under
land rental, cheaper home values...!
But you still have the problem of
high rentals near to mortgage payments
for a house...!

Actually "cheap housing" in rental
parks, is a "misnomer" anyway, as
you should be able by rental payments
buy your "normal sized" house,
apartment or townhouse...!

Rental of Rooms is a total different
matter...!

What is what I am getting at ? :

WHY THE ADVANTAGE OF THE RICH
OVER THE POORER OR POOR ?
SIMPLY the mentality of "evolutionists"
competition and survival of the fittest,
"social classes racism", and "the old
slavery" mentality...!
